 You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

 Unauthorized use of another person’s account is strictly prohibited.

 5. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

 Deposits must be made using approved U.S. and international payment channels provided on our Platform.

 Withdrawals will be processed back to the original funding source, subject to verification and compliance checks.

 Capital1Trading reserves the right to hold, delay, or decline transactions suspected of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity in line with U.S. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements.

6. FEES AND CHARGES
